Terrible customer service. They sent my order to Newfoundland and I live in BC! When I contacted them they said it wasn’t their fault and suggested I write a letter to Canada Post!! I ordered the part three or four weeks ago and I still haven’t got it. Incredibly poor approach to customer service. At an absolute minimum, should have refunded the shipping charge to start with. If the package never shows up they should refund the rest.
