They tried to find alternatives, but unfortunately were out of those springs as well. I appreciate the service, and when they emailed me, they gave options (email and phone number) to connect right away with them.

Nous comprenons votre interrogation.
Le site fonctionne en partenariat avec un concessionnaire officiel Yamaha et non directement avec la maison-mère. Les commandes sont donc traitées par un concessionnaire agréé, qui commande les pièces auprès du constructeur si elles ne sont pas disponibles en stock.
Il ne s’agit pas d’un “double shipping”, mais du fonctionnement classique du réseau constructeur : les pièces transitent par le concessionnaire avant expédition au client.
Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition si vous souhaitez davantage de précisions.

For other items that are not always in stock, we place orders directly with the manufacturer. This can sometimes extend the delivery time, but we closely monitor each order and keep you informed of its progress.
