They couldn't get one of the items I ordered so they just took it off of the order. Yamaha is getting really bad for having inventory of snowmobile wearable parts these days.

They were out of stock for some parts and quickly let me know and gave me phone number to connect with them. They tried to find alternatives, but unfortunately were out of those springs as well. I appreciate the service, and when they emailed me, they gave options (email and phone number) to connect right away with them.
